She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Finch, Jr. and Mary Emma Finch; her husband Robert Gary, Sr.; her son Robert Gary, Jr.; her grandparents, Henry Finch, Sr. and Edna Finch; and her nephew Curtis Threatts.
She is survived by: her daughters, Stacey Gary and Kimberly Gary; her brother Eddie Betties; her nieces and nephews, Joanne Ware, Beverly McCory, Tenna Wardlaw, Kendra Diop, Johnny Threatts, Lorenzo Betties and Anthony Betties; her great-niece Nicole Threatts; her great-nephew Larry Deon McCoy; her grandchildren, Yolanda Blair, Monica Gary, Darrean Williams, Nakavius Gary, Shameika Hargett, Robert Gary, III, Zanterrious Gary and X'Zila Davis; Jaydah Threatts (Lois Steward). She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren along with a host of great grand nieces, nephews, cousins, family members and friends.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the New Jerusalem Baptist Church (14733 US-280 W, Smiths Station, AL 36877).
