He is survived by: his children, Brady Wells (Lexi), Brianna Patterson (Samuel) and Carrie Wells; his grandchildren, Braxton Piper, Addison Cardy, Brantley Wells, Kevin Wells, Jackson Cardy, Brinley Wells, Brixton Wells, James Patterson and Baby Boy Patterson; his sister Denise Wells Ogle; his niece Julianna Walker (Mason); his nephew Steven Ogle; his mother-in-law Verna Lancaster; his sister-in-law Vanessia Lancaster; his brothers, Scott Smith (Regina) and Danny Collins (Teresa); and his nieces and nephews, John and Meagen Cardy.
