She was predeceased by : her parents, Freeman Presley and Mary Ruth Scruggs (Pondexter); and her siblings, O'Dell Montgomery, Verna Rae Cryer, Sam Scruggs, Donald'Toad'Scruggs, Theral Scruggs and Arvie Lee Scruggs.

She is survived by : her children, Joey West (Tammy) and Patty West; her grandchildren, Brittany Harbin (Anthony), Nathan West (Taylor) and James Hampton; her great grandchildren, Cannan'Nash'West, Grayden Tyler Hampton and Aleigha Freeman; and her sister Linda Garrison (Wayne). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
