She was predeceased by: her husbands, Gerald Miller and Clark Phillips; and her parents, Eldon C. Smith and Mary Ann Smith. She is survived by: her son Phil Phillips (Christina); her grandchildren, Bryson Phillips and Addison Phillips; her siblings, Phillip Smith (Ann), Emily Amberson (Dana) and Alan Smith (Joan); her siblings' children, Jill Mintz (Hunter), Mary-Glenn Miller (Barrett), Sara Smith, Curt Smith (Janet) and Zach Smith (Margot); her friends, Myra Boyd and Judy Robertson; and her caregivers, Heather Harris and Mary Baker.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the New Prospect Missionary Baptist Church (1335 County Highway 38, Horton, AL 35980). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
