She is survived by: her son Phil Phillips (Christina); her grandchildren, Bryson Phillips and Addison Phillips; her siblings, Phillip Smith (Ann), Emily Amberson (Dana) and Alan Smith (Joan); her nieces and nephews, Jill Mintz (Hunter), Mary-Glenn Miller (Barrett), Sara Smith, Curt Smith (Janet) and Zach Smith (Margot); her friends, Myra Boyd and Judy Robertson; and her caregivers, Heather Harris and Mary Baker.
