He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Rampey; his father-in-law Max Fountaine; his grandparents, Gerstle, Gladys Whitmire, Robert and Lora Rampey; and his nephew Samuel Frazier.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Fountaine Rampey; his children, Blake Rampey (Katy) and Amber Rampey (Zeke Fralish); his mother Helen Whitmire Warren (John); his siblings, Selena Whitaker (Randy) and Michael Rampey (Cheri); and his grandson Wells Rampey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
