He was predeceased by : his parents, Melvin Freddie Beggs and Cora Belle Spurlin Beggs; and his siblings, Blake Beggs and Danita Beggs Nash. He is survived by : his fiancée Lisa Markey; his daughter Ashlee Beggs Prince (Corey); his stepson Jeremy Woodall (Kristiea); his brothers, Jeff Beggs (Selisa) and Joe Beggs; and his grandchildren, Jordan Woodall, Briley Alexander, Zeke Woodall, Kynzlee Woodall Jon Durham, Tim Anders, Gary Brasher, Tim Beggs, Scott Bleything and Rick McLemore.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Peck Funeral Home (1600 Hwy 31 SW, Hartselle, AL 35640). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Peck Funeral Home Chapel (1600 Hwy 31 SW, Hartselle, AL 35640).
