He was predeceased by : his parents, Eugene Fuquay and Peggy Fuquay. He is survived by : his wife Diana; his sons, Kurt (Erin) and Sean; his granddaughter Clementine; and his brothers, Richard Fuquay (Therese) and Keith Fuquay (Amy). He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
