She was predeceased by: her parents, Irving Caulkins and Florence Caulkins; and her sons, Randall D. Ware Jr., Brickley M. Ware and Timothy K. Ware.
She is survived by: her husband Randall D Ware; and her daughters, Barbara (Jon) and Manby (Michigan). She is also survived by her family and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in her memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the American Cancer Society.
