She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Pope and Lucille Lockridge Pope; her husband Joe Formby; and her sister Jean Mullinax. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Formby (Anita) and Lamonte Formby (Dona); her grandchildren, Josh Formby (Jen), Jessica Brown and Dustin Formby (Callie); and her great grandchildren, Ryan Brown, Joei Formby, Laken Formby, Fisher Formby, Parker Hebeisen, Reece Brown, Rhett Brown, Rowen Brown and Molli Formby.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A graveside service was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 2:15 PM at the Carmel Community Church Cemetery (630 County Rd 33, Piedmont, AL 36272).
