He is survived by: his wife Glenda Jacobs; his children, Marilyn Hancock (Darren Wright), Larry Jacobs, Rebecca Carruth and Terry Lee Jacobs (Mark); his grandchildren, Bridgette Wilson (Adam), Davey McLane (Chantel), Callum McLane, Justin Jacobs (Bre), Katya McLane and Cash DePoy; his great grandchildren, Jack Wilson and Hannah Jacobs; and his sisters, Shelby Morrison and Linda Arnold. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Thompson Funeral Home & Crematory (6340 Old Piedmont Gadsden Hwy, Piedmont, AL 36272). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at the Carmel Cemetery (2780 Troy Ln, Piedmont, AL 36272).
