She was predeceased by: her mother Theresa Mims Glass; and her son Tyler Austin Swindle. She is survived by: her husband Andy Swindle; her father Randy Page; her mother-in-law Debbie Swindle (Eldin); her daughter Summer Destiny Swindle; and her siblings, Donnie Karchinski, Nicki Karchinski and Heather Warden (Justin).
