She is survived by: her children, Gavin Wade Kostelecky of Gulf Shores, AL and Laura Gwen Kostelecky Burks of Fairhope, AL; her sisters, Jean Adcock of Spanish Fort, AL, Martha Fisher of Millbrook, AL, Bonnie Glaze of Millbrook, AL, Connie Gordon (Kendall) of Stapleton, AL and Robin Sibley of Stapleton, AL; and her grandchildren, Reagan Kostelecky and Rhett Kostelecky.
