He was predeceased by: his parents, Grier Fowler and Fay Fowler; and his sister Georgia McNeil. He is survived by: his siblings, Frank Fowler (Brenda) of Winfield, Indy Fowler (Donald Joe) of Tuscaloosa and Felice Rickher of Daphne, Alabama; and his close friends, Austin and Donna Moss. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Bowen Funeral Home (981 AL-253, Winfield, AL 35594). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
