He was predeceased by: his parents, John Melvin Robinson, Jr. and Shelby Jean Moore Robinson. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Dockery Robinson; his daughters, Leslie Robinson Sawyer and Julie Kaye Robinson; his grandchildren, Anna Grace Sawyer, William Joseph Sawyer, Andrew Benjamin Sawyer and Emma Catherine Tillman; his brother Jimmy Robinson (Ginger); and his nephew Justin Robinson (Josie). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
