He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Claude Horton; and his son Gabiel Jose Lopez. He is survived by: his wife Claudia Lopez; his children, Austin Lopez (Gabby), Angel Pack (Peyton) and Agustin Rios Lopez, Jr.; his grandchildren, Loretta Lopez and Chance Lopez; his parents, Andrea Lopez and Jose Lopez; his siblings, Ana Corona (Eulalio), Angie Rios Lopez, Guadalupe Rios Lopez, Pedro, Pablo and Victor Rios Lopez; and his mother-in-law Nancy Horton (John Birdwell). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Valley Funeral Home - Stevenson (1214 Kentucky Ave, Stevenson, AL 35772).
