He was predeceased by: his father Verlie Wheat; and his brother Ronald Wheat. He is survived by: his mother Lena Bishop Wheat; his children, Kimberly Pangle, Angela O'Daniel, Jodi Strickland (Trevor), Patrick Wheat (Dottie) and Dustin Owens; and his grandchildren, Raven Fiquett, Brooklyn Pangle, Dallas Webb, Jackson Gilbert, Alexander Webb, Zachary Webb, Isaiah Strickland, Karma Rush, Benjamin Rush, Ariana Webb, John Patrick Wheat, William Wheat and Harrison Fiquett.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the W. T Wilson Funeral Chapel (2226 Main St Shiloh, Rainsville, AL 35986).
