She is survived by: her daughter Pam Hawes (John); her grandchildren, Jamie Harris and John Ashley Hawes; her great grandchildren, Chase Harris and Shelby Harris; and her brothers, Kenneth Samples (Darlene), Joe Samples (Betty) and Edd Samples. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
