He is survived by: his daughters, Shelia Allen, Teri Leigh Garren and Randi Fortman (Matt); his grandchildren, Noah Holt, Isabella Fortman and Greyson Fortman; and his brother Nick Garren. He is also survived by nieces and nephew.
