He is survived by: his wife Hady Sartin; his children, Cecil Sartin, Jr. (Shannon), Roger Sartin (Rita) and Sharon Hughes; his stepchildren, Larry Brinkley, Rita Maynor and Steve Brinkley (Carrie); and his sisters, Vada Rich, Hazel Carlton (Red), Geraldine Phillips (Jerry Wayne) and Mary Vanallman. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 20 greatgrandchildren, 8 step grandchildren and 19 step great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
