He is survived by: his mother Annette Scott of Detroit, AL; his children, Davis Hudson (Amy) of Hartselle, AL, Benjamin Duncan Scott of Sulligent, AL, Michelle Pope (Feneley) and Dusty Bennett (Gary) of Greenwood Springs, MS.; his brother Timmy Scott of Detroit, AL.; his grandchildren, Jarrett Pope, Jarrecca Pope, Blayde Scott, Heith Hudson, Gracie Hudson, Bentlee Scott, Lily Scott, Kamri Scott, Kayben Scott, Hunter Bennett, Taylor Bennett and Bethany West; his great grandchildren, Lawson Pope, Callie Pope, Braxton Scott, Timber Scott, Brody Bennett, Hayden Bennett, Toby West, Josie West, Sawyer Anderson and Bennett West; and his siblings-in-law, Ray Duncan and Sonja Scott.
