He is survived by: his parents, Jamie Christopher Milam of Red Bay, AL and Katrina Dianne Wells (Chris) of Sulligent, AL; his fiancée Gabrielle Nebo of Sulligent, AL; his sons, Christopher David Milam of Sulligent, AL and Grayson Lee Milam of Sulligent, AL.; his sister Madison Wells (Haley) of Hamilton, AL; his grandmothers, Kathy Franklin of Haleyville, AL and Elizabeth Weeks of Sulligent, AL; and his great-grandparent Mary Milam Anderson of Red Bay, AL.
