He was predeceased by: his parents, Redden Allen and Ollie Mae Humbers Allen; his wife Eva Joyce Allen; and his daughter Judy Gadell. He is survived by: his sons, John Wesley Allen of Caledonia, MS, Jerry Allen (Tracy) of Vernon, AL and Charles David Allen of Vernon, AL.; his siblings, W. G. Allen of Sulligent, AL. and Jewel Dean Roberts of Sulligent, AL.; his grandchildren, Jessica Allen, Torri Murff (Qwade), Phillip Gadell and Sara Beth Gadell; and his great grandchildren, Qorrie Murff, Laykleigh Murff and Wren Murff.
