She was predeceased by: her parents, George Patchen and Christine Garrett Patchen. She is survived by: her husband Hollis Howard of Sulligent, AL; her children, Eddie Patchen (Bonnie) of Reform, AL and Teresa Metcalfe (Darlis) of Sulligent, AL.; her sister Rosie Byars of Gordo, AL.; her grandchildren, Anthony Blaylock (Marlana), Kayla Blaylock and Ashley Patchen; and her great grandchildren, Houston Smith, Je-Michael Blaylock, Kha-Mryri Hannah and Aaliyah Patchen.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Otts Funeral Home Chapel (4255 US-278, Sulligent, AL 35586). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at the Love Joy Cemetery.
