He is survived by: his wife Regina Carter of Sulligent, AL; his children, Randall Carter (Allison) of Columbus, MS and Rebecca Luna (Gabe) of Hickory Flat, MS.; his brothers, Andy Carter (Tonia) of Sulligent, AL, Ricky Carter (Crystal) of Vernon, AL and Johnny Carter of Red Bay, AL.; and his grandchildren, Sam Carter, Kellen Powell, Noah Luna and Aria Luna.
