We bid farewell to Rebecca Lynn Hulsey of Sulligent, Alabama, born in Amory, Mississippi, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 21, 2024 at the age of 47. Rebecca touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the vast expanse of eternity, Rebecca shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Rebecca farewell, we carry with us the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding us through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Daniel Nolen and Deberal Northington Godfrey; and her grandparents, Leroy and Mattie Lou Northington. She is survived by : her husband Donald Wayne Hulsey of Sulligent, AL; her son Luke Hulsey of Sulligent, AL.; her brothers, Richie Nolen of Verona, MS and Bryan Nolen (Loree) of Sulligent, AL; her grandchild Kaden Wilson Reeder (Due); and her stepfather Dick Godfrey of Vernona, MS.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Otts Funeral Home (4255 US-278, Sulligent, AL 35586). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at the Sulligent City Cemetery.
