It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willadean McDonald of Sulligent, Alabama, who passed away on June 12, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Willadean McDonald to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Martin and Ethel Gardner Martin; and her husbands, Cecil McDonald and James O. "Shammie" McDonald. She is survived by: her sons, Donny McDonald (Donna) of Sulligent, AL and Robin McDonald (Brenda) of Laupahoehoe, HI.; her sisters, Nancy Berryhill of Gaffney, SC, Jo Wilson (Billy) of Blue Ridge, TX, Becky Garrison (Randy) of Guin, AL and Nina Webb (Michael) of Winfield, AL.; and her grandchildren, Johnathan McDonald, Stephanie Villa (Hector), Jeremy McDonald, Jeffrey McDonald (Cara), Joshua McDonald (Jessica) and Melissa Tapang (Shawn). She is also survived by Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Otts Funeral Home Chapel (4255 US-278, Sulligent, AL 35586). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at the Olive Hill Cemetery.
