He was predeceased by: his brothers, Roger, Jerry, Richard, Auther, Billy and Larry Uptain; and his parents, Louie Uptain and Grace Uptain.
He is survived by: his daughter Trinity Uptain (Sam Bryant); and his siblings, Tommy Uptain and Robin Uptain (Tonya Brooks).
