She was predeceased by : her father Henry Blackmon; her husband J. R. Bills; her grandson Derek Minyard; her aunts, Carolyn and Linda; and her brother Howell Blackmon.
She is survived by : her children, Sheila Minyard (Kenny), Renae Butler (Mark) and Charles Bills (Angie'); her grandchildren, Dylan Minyard, Austin Tracy, Brooke Bentley, C. J. Bills, Amy Bills and Courtney Day; her great grandchildren, Braxton, Brantley, Christopher, Nina, Malachi, Delilah and Samantha; and her siblings, Eddie, Dennis Blackmon and Bonnie Carr.
