She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Burr Howard (Bentley) and Denise Birchem Cummings (Jerry); her sister Nell Netherly; Dean Birchem, Manuel, Debra Mote, Bobby Birchem, June Smith, Dolly Gallaway and Beulah Fleet. She is also survived by many great grandchildren and one great great grandson.
