He was predeceased by: his parents, Waylon Williams and Lillian Williams; and his siblings, Brenda Moncrief and Waylon Williams. He is survived by: his son Steven Williams (Megan Gilliam); his grandchildren, Daniel, Alex, Callie and Quinn Gilliam-Williams; and his sisters, Donna Lane (David) and Diane Mann. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
