He was predeceased by: his daughter Marie Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Borden; and his sons, Larry Borden (Laura Phillips), Tim Borden (Jennal) and Jerry Borden (Jane). He is also survived by five grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; as well as other relatives and friends.
