He was predeceased by: his parents, James Moore and Louise Moore. He is survived by: his siblings, Pam Earnest (Jerry) and Steve Moore (Angela); and his nieces and nephews, Brooke Wood (Brett), Christin Rudolph (Tez), Brock Earnest (Amanda), Joshua Moore (Courtney) and Justin Moore (Faith). He is also survived by five great nephews and five great nieces.
