We announce the death of Joan Estill Sellers (Sumiton, Alabama), born in Cordova, Alabama, who passed away on August 18, 2026, at the age of 87. She was predeceased by: her husband Terry Sellers, Jr.; her parents, Levi Chester Estill and Hazel Perrin Estill; her siblings, Dorothy Borden (Mack), Mary Hollingshead (Donald), Tommie Cordell (W. H. (Dub)), Betty Sargent (Bob), Nelda Black (Jimmy Ray), Carol Reed (Herbert), Judy Estill and Lee Estill, Jr.; and her sister-in-law Elizabeth Ann Sellers Felton (Gene).
She is survived by: her daughter Kathryn Jill Sellers; her son-in-law Scott Grisham; her daughter Lee Anna Makhloufi (Abel Makhloufi); and her grandchildren, Lea Joan Makhloufi, Annie Perrin Grisham and Alexander Terry Makhloufi. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
