She was predeceased by: her parents, J. C. Scott and Isabell Scott; her husband Garry Barnes; and her daughter Debra Chapin. She is survived by: her daughter Sondra Barnes; and her grandchildren, Heather Plaxco (Mitchell), Ashlie Rickard, Christopher Chapin (Courtney), Corey Chapin (Allie), Blake Topp and Clay Chapin (Molly). She is also survived by seven great granddaughters and three great grandsons; two sisters and one brother; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
