He was predeceased by: his father William Dock Gartman. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Phillips; his children, Dewayne Gartman, Jr. (Harli), Ginger Blevins (Tanner), Brittney Gartman (Kahden McDaniel) and Chase Gartman; his grandchildren, Fallon Kurtz, Asher Kurtz and Ivy McDaniel; and his siblings, Bubba Gartman (Lindee), Angie Overstreet (Joe) and Mitch Coate (Bridget). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
