He was predeceased by: his parents, George Collins and Enola Collins; his siblings, Billy Collins (Clo), Ann Kelley (Earl), Hilda Harris (Charles), Margie Sullivan and Mary Holt (Ed); the mother of his children Faye Collins; and his daughter-in-law Milinda Collins.
He is survived by: his sister Gerry Turner; his children, Jeff Collins, Donna Collins (Rick) and Casey Collins; his grandchildren, Ryan Collins (Alysia), Trevor Morrison (Nichole) and Jacob Collins (Marlee); and his great grandchildren, Aubrey Collins, Kenley Morrison, Trace Ewing, Rhett Collins and Charlie Kay Collins.
