She was predeceased by : her parents, Claud Hobbs and Cordelia Hobbs (Lonnie Ellison); her brother Claude "Buddy" Hobbs, Jr.; and her daughter Claudia Denise Scott. She is survived by : her son Lonnie Dale Ellison; her grandchildren, Stephen Ellison, DJ Ellison, Ricky Ellison, Shawn Gill, Shane Gill and Dawn McIntyre; and her sister Betty H. Thomas. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
