Thomas Green Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas Green of Sylacauga, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 1, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin V. Green and Mattie Ingram Green; and his siblings, Mac Green, Bennett Green, Gene Green, Eldon Green, Elizabeth Edmondson, Violet Harris and Grace Green.
He is survived by: his sibling's children, Jane Ricks (Billy), Lois Barnett, Doris Ricks (Roger), Barbara Coleman (Charlie), Brenda Williamson, Nancy Dobbs (Larry), Virginia Francis, Harold Harris, Tommy Edmondson (Brenda), Wayne Green and Mark Green (Rebecca).
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Radney-Smith Funeral Home (320 N Elm Ave, Sylacauga, AL 35150). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fayetteville Methodist Church (5441 Old Fayetteville Rd, Sylacauga, AL 35151).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to union scholarship fund, Coosa Valley Masonic Lodge 929.
