He was predeceased by : his parents, Ervin Jackson and Gladys Jackson; his son Christopher Sean Jackson; his sister Patsy Jackson; and his close friend Pete Vann.

He is survived by : his wife Mary Evelyn Jackson; his daughter Angela G. Sullivan; his grandchildren, Jacob Jackson (Paige), Jeremy Jackson (Sailor), Brentley Jackson (Garriyonna), Sarah Jackson, Travis Middleton and Aiden Middleton; his great grandchildren, Malichi, Gabriel and Leslie Jackson; his close friends, Robert McKenna and Jimmy Garrison; and his pets, Coco and Bruce. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 28th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home (1498 5th Ave, Pleasant Grove, AL 35127). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
