He is survived by: his wife Patricia Shaner Hawkins; his daughter Stephanie Hawkins Morrison (Russ); his grandson Logan McMichen (Sydney); his great grandchild Salem Rose; and his sister Billie Pearsall. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
