He is survived by: his wife Dianne Stephenson; his children, Kimberly Bowen and Scott Stephenson (Beth); his grandchildren, Chance Bowen (Courtney), Kristen Garner (Robby), Codie Stephenson, Bailey Bowen, Brooke Stephenson, Alissa Stephenson, Casyn Garner and Dylann Bowen; his sister Sandy Johnson; and his close friends, Ken Patterson, Pete Edwards and Ren Heartsill. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
