He is survived by: his wife Ruby Collier; his sons, Douglas Wayne Collier and Bobby Lee Collier; and his sister Louise Collier Hogg. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Usrey Funeral Home (516 North St E, Talladega, AL 35160). A graveside service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Anniston Memorial Gardens.
