She was predeceased by: her husband Edwin W. Phillips; her daughter Kathy Phillips; her parents, Nona Moxley and Noble Moxley; her siblings, Laverl Moxley and Lois Bean; and her niece Cindy Roberts.
She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Freeman (Tony) and Donna Phillips (Mike Beatty). She is also survived by 2 granddaughters; 4 great-grandchildren; 2 nieces, and 1 nephew.
