He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Blalock and Lessie Crawford Blalock; his parents-in-law, John Brooks (Jasper) and Eugenia Rohr Brooks; and his brother-in-law John Charles Brooks.
He is survived by: his significant other Vikki; his sister Jeanette Brooks (Chosen); his son QiBin Xaio (Benny); and also Benny Blalock (Pat). He is also survived by Nephews, Nieces, and Cousins, Two Dogs, a Cat, and many Farm Animals.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Talladega Funeral Home (65001 AL-77, Talladega, AL 35160). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
