As we bid Jimmy farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Jimmy is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his father Robert Reeves. He is survived by: his mother Irma Jean Mitchell (Calvin) of Talladega; and his siblings, Anita Jean Johnson, Vanessa Renay Reaves (Greg) and James Robert Reeves. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Benefield Funeral Home - Ashland (85499 AL-9, Ashland, AL 36251). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
