He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Jean Brewer Perkins; his daughters, Teresa Heath (Greg), Lisa Cason (Mike), Cheryl Lackey and Christa Wesley; his grandchildren, Brooke Beechum, Seth Heath, Randi Herd, Ross Rutledge, Riley Parker, Cody Perkins, Andrew Lackey, Brandon Lackey, Chance Wesley and Chloe Dates; and his sister Ann Wycoff. He is also survived by his four daughters, ten grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and more nieces and nephews.
