With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary J. Thrower (Talladega, Alabama), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 10, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Ike Johnson and Katie Johnson; her husband Allen Thrower; her sons, Paul, Lane and Alvin Thrower; and her siblings, Fletcher, Peter Johnson, Emma, Iva Dean, Bobbie and Maudre Johnson.
She is survived by : her children, Katie Nabors (Buddy), Grady Thrower (Patsy) and Sammy Thrower (Jeanette); and her sister Betty Tipton. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren.
