He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gustave Hartdegen and Mercedes Hartdegen; his wife Darlo; his stepdaughter Rena (Chris McConville); his son Isaac; his sisters, Marilyn (Alvin Bodine) and Mercedes Breaux; his great grandchild Pamela Hartdegen Lindsay (Mark Lindsay); and also, Ella Pines, Danielle, Diana Pines, Brian Hartdegen (Candy), Matthew (Cassandra), Joshua (Stephanie), Viola, Stephen Hartdegen, Christopher (Cari), Oakley, Alyse (Michael Giuffre), Brianna, Rachel, Jacob, Noah and Cherilyn. He was also cherished by his 4 children, 9 grandchildren.
