Walley; his children, Devin Walley (Jesse), Garret Walley (Abbigail), James Madison (Lisa), Jason Madison (Erin) and Monica Pennington (Rusty); and his siblings, Dan Walley (Wanda) and Jeannie Marshall (Joe). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and a host of friends.
