He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Adair and Bobbie Adair; and his daughter Pam Thornell. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Adair; his son Jamie Henderson (Heather); his grandchildren, Dalton Thornell, Mason Henderson and Aubrey Claire Henderson; and his siblings, Barry Adair (Debbie), Judy O'Steen and Debra Durbin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
